Paralegal Team Leader
Salary: Up to £40,000

Job Description
Lead, support, and grow a high-performing personal injury paralegal team. You’ll play a key role in delivering results and raising standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a team handling RTA, EL, and PL claims
- Guide case strategy on liability, causation, and quantum
- Oversee compliance, quality and client service on every file
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Monitor performance, hit KPIs and support growth targets
- Help onboard and train new starters
- Create a positive, collaborative and client-focused team culture
Person Specification
We’re looking for someone driven, switched-on, and ready to lead by example.
- Strong experience in RTA, EL and PL claims
- Legal know-how plus confidence mentoring or leading others
- Organised and calm under pressure — can balance casework with team leadership
- Great communicator who inspires, supports and sets high standards
- Tech-savvy and familiar with case management systems
- A true team player who wants to develop themselves and others
